With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 23, 2008 regarding a board meeting is being convened on June 28, 2008 to take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the quarter ended on that date, Vipul Ltd has now informed BSE that, to meet the requirements of the quorum as per availability of the directors, the meeting will now be held on June 30, 2008.

The agenda for the meeting shall remain the same as announced earlier.
