Virtualsoft Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the audited results of the Company for the financial year 2007-08 will be finalized and published within 3 months from the close of the last quarter i.e. March 31, 2008, therefore the Company are dispensing off with the requirement of publishing the un-audited results for the aforesaid quarter and the Company will be publishing the audited results for the aforesaid period within 3 months.
