Visu International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2008, has given its consent for amalgamation of Visu Films Private Ltd and Visu Communications Private Ltd and De Merging Non Educational business and merge the same with Visu Publication & Media Ltd. The Board has authorized chairman to proceed further.
