Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the proposal of investment in Vivimed Holdings Ltd, a 100% Subsidiary of the Company.

2. To consider the proposal of providing Corporate Guarantee to the lender to Vivimed Holdings Ltd.
