Volant Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider and transact the following agenda:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008, along with Directors and Auditors Report.

2. To convene Annual General Meeting.

3. To appoint Mr. Abhay Kumar Purohit as Additional Director of the Company.

4. To appoint Mr. Abhay Kumar Purohit as Executive Director w.e.f. July 01, 2008.

5. To appoint Mr. Anantvikram Somani as Vice President Finance.
