Vora Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 28, 2008, Mr. Parasmal Gulecha and Mr. Vinod Chopra are appointed as additional Directors (Non-executive and Independent) and Mrs. Susan D’Souza and Mr. D R Singhi had resigned from the Directorship of the Company and the said appointments and resignations are confirmed by the Board at this meeting. The new composition of Board is as under :

1. Mr. Purushottam Bohra - (Promoter Director)

2. Mr. Parasmal Gulecha - (Non-executive and Independent)

3. Mr. Vinod Chopra - (Non-executive and Independent)
