Walchandnagar Industries - Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares
Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 04, 2008, has allotted 1,50,22,530 (One Crore Fifty Lacs Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty) Bonus shares of the face value of Rs 2 each to the equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of one equity share of Rs 2 each fully paid up for every one fully paid up equity share held by the equity shareholders by capitalizing an amount not exceeding Rs 3,00,45,060 (Rupees Three Crores Forty Five Thousand and Sixty Only) out of free reserves of the Company as approved by the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on January 30, 2008.
The shareholders who held equity shares of the Company on the “Record Date” i.e. March 03, 2008 shall be eligible for Bonus Issue.
