Wearology Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 21, 2008, had approved the Change in name of the Company from “Wearology Ltd” to “Poddar Developers Ltd”. The Registrar of Companies has issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on May 13, 2008 confirming the Change of Name.
