Wendt India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2008, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To recommend dividend on Equity shares of the Company.

3. To fix the date for the closure of Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the Company.
