Wendt India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would publish audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2008 with in 3 months from the end of the financial year i.e. by June 30, 2008.

In view of the above the Company would not publish un-audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2008 in the month of April, 2008.
