West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

2. Approve the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, alongwith the report of directors to the members thereon.

3. Recommend dividend on equity shares for the year ended on Match 31, 2008.
