Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that Administrative Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors vide their resolution dated April 22, 2008 has resolved to issue and allot 20400 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e. WESOP 2000.
