Wipro fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM
Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2008 to July 17, 2008, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 17, 2008 and payment of final dividend. Subject to the approval of the members, the final dividend will be payable to the members who are on the Register of Members of the Company as on the opening hours of July 01, 2008.
