Wires & Fabriks SA Ltd has informed BSE that Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on June 27, 2008 is being postponed and now, the Board Meeting will be held on June 28, 2008, to take on record and approve annual audited accounts for the year 2007-08 and to recommend dividend for the same year.
