Wockhardt - AGM on Apr 28, 2008
Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at December 31, 2007, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To declare final dividend on Equity Shares.
3. To appoint Directors in place of Mr. Shekhar Datta & Dr. B L Maheshwari, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers themselves for re-appointment.
4. To appoint auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration.
