Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the quarterly results of the last quarter need not be published, if Company publishes its Audited Annual Results within 3 months of the end of last quarter.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008 decided that the Financial Year 2007-2008 shall be approved and published on or before June 30, 2008.
