WPIL fixes Book Closure for AGM

WPIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 10, 2008 to July 19, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 19, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, no dividend had been recommended for the year ended March 31, 2008.
