Xpro India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, has proposed, subject to shareholders’ approval, to
formulate an Employee Stock Option Scheme for granting Options for Issue of upto 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- in accordance with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
