Yashraj Containeurs Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“Auditors are not able to verify the matters related with shares. Due to non-availability of working of valuation of stocks as on December 31, 2006, amount of increase or decrease cannot be verified.”
