Yashraj Containeurs Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 20, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. The shareholders passed the resolutions as per the agenda on the notice.

2. The Board comprises of Mr. Jayesh V Valia, Mr. S K Kittur, Mr. M S Patil and Mr. Babulal Bansilal Jain.
