Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and take into record the audited accounts and all schedules and notes on account forming part thereto along with the auditors report thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To recommend final dividend for the financial year 2007-08.

Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“The Auditors observe that Revised Accounting Standard 15 - ‘Employee Benefits’, issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India has become applicable to the Company with effect from April 01, 2007. The impact of such revision, presently not ascertained, will be considered at the year end.”
