Astra Microwave Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 02, 2008, has allotted 2,90,100 (Two Lakh Ninety Thousand One Hundred only) Equity Shares (inclusive bonus shares) of Rs 2/- each fully paid for cash at a premium of Rs 34.1/- per share to the employees on exercise of options granted under ESOP Scheme - 2005 of the Company.

Astra Microwave Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received an order for Rs 21.6 crores for design, development, testing, installation and commissioning of Transmit Receive Modules (TRMs) and MET Towers from ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC), Bangalore which has to be completed in the next 12 months period.

Astra Microwave Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a non-exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Raytheon Company, USA to identify and explore technologies and products the Company may be able to manufacture and to explore possible participation with M/s. Raytheon in any resulting offset support for supply of Medium Multi-Role Combat Aircraft to the Indian Ministry of Defence.

Astra Microwave Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting approved for change of the Registered office from 6-3-639/640, 303, 3rd Floor, Golden Edifice Building, Khairatabad, Hyderabad - 500 004 to its own building at “‘ASTRA TOWERS’, Survey No:12 (Part), Opp. CII Green Building, Hitech City, Kondapur, Hyderabad - 500 038, Andhra Pradesh with effect from February 25, 2008.
