B2B Software Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has approved the proposal for merger B2B Enterprise Solutions Ltd with B2B Software Technologies Ltd and the board authorized Mrs. P Samantha Reddy, Managing Director to take necessary steps for the merger.
B2B Software Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.
3. Proposal for merger of B2b Enterprise Solutions Ltd with the Company.
B2B Software Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Management of the Company has decided to take on record and publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 instead of considering and approving the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008.
Hence no Board Meeting will be convened for taking on records the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008.
