B&A Multiwall Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled on June 20, 2008, had to be postponed owing to dislocation of communication in the sate of Orissa where the Registered Office of the Company is situated in view of natural calamity.

The aforesaid meeting will be held on June 27, 2008, to transact the same business as set out in the Notice

B&A Multiwall Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Somnath Chatterjee has been resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from April 15, 2008 and Mr. Braja Mohan Sahoo has been appointed as the Nominee Director of Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Orissa Ltd in the board of the Company with effect from March 12, 2008.
