Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed BSE that the Board may also consider recommending payment of final dividend, which subsequently upon declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing 7th Annual General Meeting would be paid to the shareholders of the Company (who are holding shares as on the commencement of the booking closing period) within 30 days from the date of such dec1aradon.

Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish its audited financial results for the entire financial year ended on March 31, 2008, within 3 (three ) months from the end of the last quarter, i.e. within June 30, 2008.

Therefore, the Company will not publish its un-audited financial results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2008.

Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

At the same meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider recommending a dividend on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
