1. The Annual Accounts for the financial year 2007-2008.

2. The Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2007-2008.

3. Declaration of dividend, if any.

Bharat Bijlee Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of the last quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2008 the Company shall publish audited results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the aforementioned financial year i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.
