Biopac India Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 25, 2008 has decided to submit the audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 with in 3 months i.e. on or before June 30, 2008. In view of this the Company does not purpose to publish un-audited Financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008.
Biopac India Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has commenced the production of Kitchen aluminum foil in March 2008. It has installed an initial capacity of 50 metric tons per month. BIOPAC kitchen foil is sold in domestic market in the brand name of “24KARAT” aluminum foil and is offered in institutional as well as retail pack. BIOPAC plans to market the 24KAR4T Foils through it vast network of existing nationwide dealer and distributor network and also export to its overseas customers. Biopac plans to double the installed capacity by the end of the current financial year to 100 metric tons per month.
