Bombay Baroda - Change of Name of the Company
Thursday, May 1st, 2008Bombay Baroda Roadways India Ltd has informed BSE that the name of the Company have been changed from “Bombay Baroda Roadways (India) Ltd” to “Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd” as well as the main object clause u/s 17 of the Company’s Act, 1956 with effect from March 26, 2008 which has approved in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 19, 2008.
