Brabourne Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Dilip Sen, Mr. Ajit Gulabchand, Mr. Mahesh S Gupta, Mr. Niraj Bajaj and Mr. Arvind Vasudeva, directors, have resigned from the board of directors of the Company.

The board of directors has appointed Mr. P Sampath, Mr. Suresh Mathew, Mr. H N Singh Rajpoot, Mr. J P Mehrotra and Mr. T M Elavia as directors in casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Dilip Sen, Mr. Ajit Gulabchand, Mr. Mahesh S Gupta, Mr. Niraj Bajaj and Mr. Arvind Vasudeva respectively.

Brabourne Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve, by way of Postal Ballot, the special resolution, to appoint Ray & Ray, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company to hold office from the date of declaration of results of this postal ballot until conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company on such remuneration, terms & condition.
