Chandrika Traders - Outcome of Board Meeting
Tuesday, February 12th, 2008Chandrika Traders Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2008, has allotted 94,38,748 No. of shares of Rs 10/- each of M/s. Chandrika Trades Ltd credited us fully paid-up to the shareholder of transferor Company i.e. M/s. AMGF Intercorp Ltd and M/s. Akhand Bharat Agro Ltd.
Mr. Manoj Mittal, Director of the Company has resigned and resignation was accepted by the Board w.e.f. February 12, 2008.
