With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 13, 2008, regarding award of an IT project by Directorate of Education New Delhi and receiving LOI in this regard, Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed the agreement for executing an IT project on BOO basis in 568 Govt. Schools of Delhi. The total numbers of schools in Compucom portfolio will increase to 3030 schools with this order for providing Educational / ICT / IT services.

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 28, 2008 regarding award of ICT project by Secondary Education Department Rajasthan and receiving LOI in this regard, Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that on June 03, 2008 the Company has signed the agreement for providing Computer Education on BOOT basis in 2292 Govt. Schools of Rajasthan. This prestigious project is awarded by Secondary Education Department, Government of Rajasthan. The contract value is worth Rs 142 Crores (approximate). Under this project the Company will provide Computer Education to around one million students. The Company has massive plans for capturing the advantage of Indian Education Expenditure planned through Govt. Promoted PPP model across India fueled by SSS (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) of Govt. of India.

Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been awarded an ICT project by Secondary Education Department, Government of Rajasthan to provide Computer Education on BOOT basis in 2292 Govt. Schools of Rajasthan. The contract value is worth Rs 142 Crores (approximate). Today the Company has received letter of Intent (LOI) in this regard from respective Deputy Directors.
