Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have been awarded a contract for providing diving services in Malaysia / South East Asia on DI / DSV by M/s Offshore Subsea Works BDN BHD, Malaysia for period of 2 months w.e.f. July 04, 2008.
The value of the Contract is approximately Rs 33 crores.
Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider, approve, and adopt Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. To consider recommending payment of dividend, if any for the year ended on March 31, 2008.
3. To consider approving the Report of Directors to the members for the year ended on March 31, 2008.
4. To consider convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2008.
Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Results of the Company for the period ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 i.e. within 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the Financial Year 2007-08. Hence, the Company will not be submitting the Unaudited Results and the Limited Review Report of the Auditor for the 4th quarter of the Financial Year 2007-08.
