1. To consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.

2. Making application for name availability with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for change of name of the Company from “Dover Securities Ltd” to “Money Matters Financial Services Ltd” or any other name as may be made available by the ROC.

Dover Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2008, has passed the following resolution:

- The Company do invest not more than Rs 10 crore, in one or more tranches, by acquiring / subscribing to the equity shares / preference shares of Money Matters Securities Pvt Ltd (MMSPL) on such terms and, at such rate as may be mutually agreed upon between the Company and the seller and MMSPL.

Dover Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2008, has approved the purchase / acquisition of equity shares of Money Matters Securities Pvt Ltd (MMSPL) from the shareholders of MMSPL in order to make MMSPL 100% subsidiary of the Company.
