Elantas Beck India Ltd has informed BSE that Elantas Electrical Insulation GmbH, the principal shareholder of the Company has decided to nominate Mr. Rajeev Bhide as the Managing Director of the Company, with effect from August 01, 2008 to succeed Mr. Manu Tandon, who will retire on July 31, 2008.
The Board will meet on July 22, 2008 to consider this appointment.
Elantas Beck India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 15, 2008, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended December 31, 2007.
2. Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that, in the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors propose to recommend the payment of Dividend for the year 2007.
