Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is going to consider its Audited financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008. In view of this, the Company is not going to consider Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
However, the Company shall publish the Audited Results for the year 2007-2008 with in the stipulated time.
