1. Mr. Inder Mohan Sakhuja has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. June 30, 2008.
2. Mr. M K Singh has resigned from the directorship of the Company and accordingly ceased to be director of the Company with effect from June 30, 2008.
3. Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 405 & 406, 4th Floor, Goverdhan House, 53-54, Nehru Place, New Delhi- 110019 to N-6, Pratap Building, Connaught Circus, New Delhi - 11001 with effect from June 30, 2008.
