Fast Track Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 16, 2008, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. For Consolidation of every 10 (Ten) Equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/ (Rupees One Only) each in the Share Capital of the Company into 1 (One) Equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each.

2. For Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company in order to reflect the consolidation of the Equity shares.

Fast Track Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Consolidation of 10 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each in the Share Capital of the Company into 1 Equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholder of the Company.

2. Convening of an Extra-Ordinary General meeting on June 16, 2008 to consider the above item.
