“Sub: Reporting of fire at computer centre at Company’s premises
This is to inform that at the early hours in the morning on February 09, 2008, a fire broke out in the Computer Centre and Secretarial Department at the Company’s Registered Office at D1/10, MIDC Chinchwad, Pune 411019. There was no casualty. Some of the records of the Company have got destroyed by the fire. Due to the fire, the data servers of the Company are down and all efforts are on to bring on the normalcy at the earliest. There is no significant impact on the business of the Company”.
