Foods & Inns Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Special Resolution for introducing Mr. Milan B Dalal, Co-Promoter/s along with Mr. Utsav Dhupelia and Mrs. Pallavi Dhupelia, the existing Promoters of the Company, with requisite majority.
Foods & Inns Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, will consider to approve, by way of Postal Ballot the Special Resolution to introduce Mr. Milan B Dalal as the Co-Promoter/s along with Mr. Utsav Dhupelia and Mrs. Pallavi Dhupelia, the existing Promoters of the Company.
The Board in its meeting held on January 30, 2008, has appointed M/s. Ravikumar & Associates, Company Secretaries, Mumbai, as the Scrutinizer to receive and scrutinize the completed ballot papers from the shareholders.
The duly completed postal ballot form should reach the scrutinizer on or before March 25, 2008. The result of the postal ballot will be announced on March 27,2008.
Foods & Inns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, inter alia, has inducted Mr. Milan Dalal as Co-Promoter, along with Mr. Utsav Dhupelia and Mrs. Pallavi Dhupelia, the existing Promoters of the Company, subject to the Company obtaining the consent and approval by way of a Special Resolution from the Shareholders of the Company.
