Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that, the Company, through its subsidiary Four Soft Netherlands BV, Netherlands has secured a contract with Liege HandUng Services, a Dutch based ramp and warehouse handler at Liege Airport, Belgium, to implement its freight forwarding software - 4S eTrans SME across Liege’s multiple locations.

In this regards the Company has issued the following “Press Release” :

“Four Soft Netherlands BV, a subsidiary of Four Soft Ltd, has secured a contract with Liege Handling Services, a Dutch based ramp and warehouse handler at Liege Airport, Belgium, to implement Its freight forwarding software - 4S e SME across Liege’s multiple locations.

4S e SME is a modular enterprise application, designed to automate, streamline and support the multi-modal freight forwarding operations. It provides the logistics industry with a flexible and complete software solution to manage business efficiently, increase productivity and improve the overall service to their customers.

4S eTrans SME has rich functionality and integrated modules which will fit Liege?s business processes and requirement. Once implemented, the industry-specific solution will offer a single user interface for Liege’s employees to access and share its operational and financial supply-chain information, allowing increased visibility of its goods.

Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed a contract with Colvan Netherlands BV, for implementation of its freight forwarding software - 4S eTrans SME across Colvan’s multiple locations in Netherlands.

As per the terms of the contract, Four Soft Netherlands will implement 4S eTrans SME across Colvan’s multiple locations in Netherlands. 4S eTrans SME is a modular enterprise application, is designed to automate, streamline and support the multi-model freight forwarding operations. Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that the Company through its subsidiary Four Soft USA Inc, USA has signed a contract with Aries Global Logistics (AGL), a large New York based International Freight Forwarder/NVO and Customs-House broker, has selected Four Soft’s Purchase Order Management System software (4S ePOMS) for its logistics management.

Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“Non-provision of diminution in value of investments aggregating to Rs 424.24 lakhs in, and loans, including interest accrued thereon, aggregating to Rs 344.38 lakhs made to a wholly owned subsidiary. Management is of the view that the diminution in the value is other than permanent. Hence, Management believes that no provision is necessary for such diminution in the value of investment.”

Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
