Tuesday, March 11th, 2008Govind Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that ICICI Bank Ltd has withdrawn nomination of Mr. Ramen Ray Mandal from the Board of Directors of the Company and it was duly accepted by the Board in its meeting held on January 31, 2008. The Company has already filed necessary form with MCA Portal for the same.
