Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that the results for the last quarter of the captioned Financial Year will be published, duly audited, within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter ending on March 31, 2008. In view of this, the Un-audited Results for the said last quarter will not be published.

Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“1. Non compliance of Accounting Standard 15 “Employee Benefits” (revised 2005) the impact of which is not ascertained.”
