Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 28, 2008 to July 05, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and also for the purpose of 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 11, 2008.
Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2008, to consider and review the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2007-08 in the same meeting.
Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish its audited results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year 2007-08 i.e. upto June 30, 2008.
Hence, the Company will not be publishing its un-audited results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008 within one month from the end of the quarter & will also not be sending the Limited Review Report within period of two months from the end of the quarter.
Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 07, 2008, inter alia, has passed the resolution for amendment in the Article of Association of the Company.
