With reference to the earlier announcement dated on May 22, 2008, regarding a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve Annual audited accounts and recommendation of final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2008, Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has now informed BSE that due to recent Gajjar agitation in NCR region the above meeting have been postponed. Meetings is now scheduled to be held on June 07, 2008 to discuss and transact original agenda.

Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consider and approve the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Consider and recommend final dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31,
2008.

Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2007-2008, within three months from the end of the fourth quarter i.e. latest by June 30, 2008.

Accordingly, the Un-audited results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008, shall not be published.
