Thursday, February 28th, 2008India Lease Development Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
“The requirements of prudential norms namely income reversal and provision for Non Performing Assets as required by Reserve Bank of India have not been considered.”
