NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall be declaring the final audited results for the financial year 2007-08 (April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008) by June 30, 2008 (i.e. within a period of three months from the end of the financial year).
Therefore, the Company shall not publish the quarterly unaudited results for quarter ended March 31, 2008.

NIIT Technologies Ltd on February 28, 2008 has announced that it has acquired German-based SofTec GmbH, a specialist in providing IT solutions and services in the airline revenue accounting and operations space. The acquisition will further strengthen NIIT Technologies’ presence in the Travel, Transportation and Logistics vertical. The new Company would be a wholly owned subsidiary of NIIT Technologies Ltd, India.
