Ramsarup Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2008, inter alia, take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and recommendation of Final Dividend on Equity and Preference Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.
Ramsarup Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 within 3 (Three) months from the end of the last quarter i.e. March 31, 2008. Hence, the Company is not going to publish un-audited results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
Ramsarup Industries Ltd has informed BSE that production of Low relation Pre-stressed Concrete Strand Wire (LRPC Plant) of the Company under 1st phase has been commenced. Further to the above production of 2nd LRPC Plant (Single line) is expected to commence by September, 2008 whose progress is in full swing.
Plating and patenting plant of specialty wire order has also been placed which is expected to be complete by February, 2009.
