Sanghi Polyesters Ltd has informed BSE that Sri. Siddharth Sanghi has been inducted as an Executive Director on the Board in the Board Meeting held on March 29, 2008 and further on the same date Sri. D S Alva has resigned from the Board causing changes among the Board of Directors of the Company.
