Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE about the following:

1. The Company has acquired 100% capital of Sundram Fasteners (Zhejiang) Ltd, China (SFZL), a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary at cost from Sundram Fasteners Investments Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

2. Consequent to acquisition of capital, SFZL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from February 25, 2008.
