Technojet Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, to consider and approve the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008, and to recommend to the members of the Company the payment of dividend, if any, on the Company’s Equity Share Capital for the year ended March 31, 2008.

Technojet Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008, latest by the June 30, 2008 i.e. within a period of three months from the close of the accounting year. The Company will, therefore, not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008.
